What is the Perpetual-to-Subscription (P2S) program?

The P2S program lets existing Archicad customers buy perpetual licenses (upgrades, sidegrades, additional licenses) at significant discounts, on the condition that those licenses are immediately converted to subscription licenses — also at attractive rates. It is designed for non-SSA / non-Forward customers who want access to the latest Archicad version, subscription pricing, and backward compatibility, with a perpetual fallback similar to what SSA / Forward customers enjoy.

What are the main benefits of P2S?

Up to 50% discount on the perpetual license component, access to the latest Archicad version and features, attractive subscription pricing, a perpetual fallback option (you retain a perpetual license for the latest version at the time of conversion if you leave the subscription, without SSA / Forward coverage), and no requirement to first upgrade to SSA / Forward before converting.

What happens to my perpetual license after conversion?

Under P2S you will receive a Ver 25 perpetual compatibility license for backward compatibility. The subscription license and the compatibility license cannot be used simultaneously. If you do not renew the subscription, you retain a perpetual license for the latest version at the time of conversion — but without SSA / Forward coverage, and you cannot re-enter the conversion program after leaving.

Can I convert to either Archicad Studio or Archicad Collaborate?

Yes — the P2S program supports conversion to either Archicad Studio or Archicad Collaborate subscriptions. We will help you pick the tier that fits your workflow and team size.

What if I am a Graphisoft Forward customer?

Graphisoft Forward customers cannot immediately participate in P2S due to technical limitations — all licenses under a Forward contract are managed under its “all or nothing” policy. Talk to us about your Forward contract and we can map out the right path.

What product configuration is included?

Archicad 29 International Commercial Single / Net License, with the P2S discount applied to the perpetual line and the subscription converted at the P2S subscription rate.
